Terms and conditions for Villa Florence

Check-in time: 16:00 hrs, check out 10:00 hrs.

Villa rules
Check-in between 16:00 and 21:00 hrs unless otherwise agreed with the owners/hosts.
Check-out time 10:00 hrs.
No smoking inside the Villa.
No pets at the Villa.
Children are very welcome.

Payment terms
All payments to be settled prior to arrival at the Villa.
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required on making the booking at the Villa.
The remaining balance is due for payment 28 days prior to arrival at the Villa.
Payment in full is required for bookings where arrival at the Villa is in less than 28 days.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay at the Villa and a refundable deposit will be requested 7 days prior to arrival at the Villa.
